Damages / Incorrect Delivery
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, to replace damages we will require images. We will either refund you or send replacements as quickly as possible.
Any Return must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form and a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Walls and Floors will not collect any surplus or unwanted goods, the customer will be responsible for arranging the return of goods to:

Return tiles must be recieved during regular opening hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) and must be in resalable condition, original packaging and returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Any refund/credit will be processed within 7 working days following our receipt of the return. Samples, clearance and special purchase items are non-returnable.
